A New Look At Wine
With new management comes new wine, and Golden Leaf’s winemaker Andrew brings knowledge and skills to the winery having graduated from Brock University’s CCOVI program and working on numerous vintages over the past 7 years. Andrew had worked in Nova Scotia gaining valuable experience in hybrid and vinifera varieties. By combining the latest technologies with traditional methods, he produces high quality wines respective of the varietals characteristics. Andrew says that he aims to create enjoyable wines that do not require food pairings.
